Be admitted as a degree-seeking student
Be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen (I-151; I-151C; I-551; I-94 or certificate of naturalization)
Not be in default on a federal loan or owe a refund on a federal grant
Maintain satisfactory academic progress (SAP)*
